Aconselhamento em HIV/AIDS e ISTs na Atenção Primária à Saúde: Revisão Narrativa da Literatura

O aconselhamento constitui-se como ferramenta de prevenção, avaliação riscos e apoio emocional, preconizado no campo do HIV/AIDS Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis (ISTs). Este estudo teve objetivo identificar analisar a produção científica acerca da prática em outras ISTs na Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) Brasil. Foi realizada uma revisão narrativa literatura, nas bases Scielo, Pepsic Lilacs, utilizando os descritores “aconselhamento”, “hiv”, “aids”, “atenção básica” primária”. Foram selecionados, segundo critérios inclusão, doze artigos. Os estudos caracterizam-se por abordagens qualitativas, realizadas com profissionais atenção primária, período 2006-2018. Todos apontam dificuldades, limitação ênfase parte técnica teste rápido, insegurança dos necessidade educação permanente. Alguns também potencialidades o reconhecimento importância matricial. Ressaltamos explorando perspectiva usuários sistema saúde.
